We accept payment via Credit/Debit Cards, FPX, eWallets, and Bank Transfer. All transactions are securely processed through trusted payment gateway providers.

5. Shipping & Delivery (Physical Goods)

  • We deliver physical items within Malaysia and selected international destinations.
  • Shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs processing.

6. Digital Goods

6.1 Types of Digital Goods

We offer digital products including:

  • eBooks (via GHP Reader)
  • Audiobooks (via GHP Reader)
  • Downloadable PDFs or guides

6.2 Delivery of Digital Goods

After successful payment, you will receive instructions and a link to access your content via the GHP Reader platform.

  • Downloadable PDFs or guides will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure your email is accurate and check your spam/junk folder if the files are not received within 15 minutes.

If you encounter any issues accessing your digital purchases, contact us at info@greenhousepublishing.com within 3 days of purchase.

6.3 No Returns or Refunds for Digital Goods

All digital product sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be issued once access is granted or files are delivered, except in cases of:

  1. Technical issues (e.g., file corruption or access failure)
  2. Duplicate purchases made in error

Contact our support team within 3 days of your order to resolve such issues.

6.4 Usage Rights and Restrictions

By purchasing digital content, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

  • Share, distribute, or resell the content
  • Upload the content to any file-sharing platform
  • Modify, copy, or create derivative works
  • Bypass any digital rights management (DRM) protections or access controls

Violation of these terms may result in suspension of access and/or legal action.

7. Returns and Refunds (Physical Goods)
