退款政策
Thank you for shopping at Greenhouse Publishing. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we're here to help. This policy applies to purchases made directly through Greenhouse Publishing, whether via our official website (www.greenhousepublishing.com) or in person at events or pop-up book tables. For items purchased via third-party bookstores or other retailers, please refer to their respective return and refund policies.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item was delivered damaged or defective.
- You received the wrong item.
- The item is eligible for return as per the product description.
Returns must be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- E-books and other digital downloads.
- Clearance or sale items (unless damaged or defective).
- Items returned more than 7 days after delivery.
- Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are not in their original condition.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at info@greenhousepublishing.com with your order number, reason for return, and photo evidence (if applicable).
- We will review your request and provide return instructions.
- Once your return is approved, send the item back to us in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). In such cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping or reimburse you for standard tracked package.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
- If rejected (due to ineligible condition), we will notify you with the reason.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company or bank—it may take 7-14 business days before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@greenhousepublishing.com.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, contact us at info@greenhousepublishing.com.
